also wow zactoshi is a lot nicer to jn than i am. which makes sense but damn, i cant believe i thought myself a jn stan before if hes got positive opinions that dont align with my own
#tbf tho for some we’re definitely just looking for different things. tbc im not criticizing him at all ndndnjd im just commenting#like hes muuuuch nicer to the arceus special than i am. and i wish i could just love it as a dp stan#but man…… i wanted real legends arceus content more than dp fanservice yknow?#just move the team galactic stuff to bdsp and have ash and co actually go back in time to see some hisuian pokemon#ive said this before but jn is weirdly scared of time travel despite most series having a time travel episode#and several jn episodes that allude to celebi or dialga but refuse to involve actual time travel#not that dialga’s influence in the bdsp special wasnt scary (reverting pokemon to eggs is a scary and sad concept and i liked it a lot)#but like……… cmon guys you got the time travel legendary. have team galactic fuck around with it and it teleports everyone to hisui#i get maybe not wanting to spoil the games but i dont really think they could’ve spoiled much. we knew a good amount at that point that they#couldve worked with perfectly well. like alpha pokemon and the wardens#and cyllene was revealed!! you could do something with the admins thinking theyve found cyrus but its just his ancestor#and everyone meeting their own ancestors also couldve been cool#like. idk id have been fine with dp fanservice. i love dp! but i wish the pla special didnt just feel like another bdsp special#echoed voice
